Leon is an experienced technology leader with deep expertise across fintech, hospitality, social network and e-commerce. He started his career as a software engineer, later became CTO of high-value startups (VDES!), and previously worked as a tech lead at VNG Corporation — one of Vietnam's largest technology companies.
He has contributed significantly to fundraising for the startups he worked with, and he builds training programs to grow new generations of engineers. Today he leads UDT, an AI-first software company in Ho Chi Minh City, while working as a Solutions Architect on scalable digital logistics solutions.
